ABOUT EBONI – THE DIRECTOR
Eboni Adams Monk is harmonic composition - successful corporate manager and leader, respected mentor and coach, creative facilitator, speaker, certified Sound Healer, and life-long student of conscious living. Called the “Office Shaman”, Eboni blends her love of leadership, science, music, and spirituality to help others live their dreams.  In addition to individual and team coaching, she presents workshops to corporate groups in stress relief, experiential stress relief through meditation, 15-minute stress breaks, Finding Your Zen Space in Leadership, alternative medicine, and encouraging wholeness and balance.  Ms. Monk also works with individuals and groups to help them identify limiting behavioral and thought patterns.

Ms. Monk is a Chemical Engineer and past President of the National Society of Black Engineers University of Illinois at Chicago chapter. She earned her MBA from Georgia State University in 2002. Professionally, Eboni has worked at Fortune 500 and major companies during the past 13 years, where she has held numerous management positions. She has received many awards for her leadership including Premier Award, University of Illinois Student Leadership Award, MENTTIUM 100 scholarship award, and Institute for Divine Wisdom Certificate of Discipleship.  

In addition to her professional experience, Eboni’s intuitive gift, laidback personality mixed with just enough fire, and her natural ability to connect with clients make Eboni a conscious and effective coach and healer.  She has studied alternative medicine and indigenous world cultures for the past 15 years.  A Certified Sound Healer and vocalist, Eboni is a pioneer in utilizing sacred and healing music as part of her coaching. She has studied with some of the most world renown Sound Healers in the world including Jonathan Goldman, author of Healing Sounds, and Paul Hubbert of the Center for Holographic Sound & Inner Balance.  She is a member of the Sound Healer’s Association and a Facilitator of Holographic Sound Healing. She has been active in the community by serving as a mentor to high school and elementary school students. An advocate for the preservation of indigenous cultures, Ms. Monk currently lives in Chicago and is the mother of two young sons.
