Individual Coaching
$250/hour. ½ hour to 1-hour sessions designed to allow the client to explore and develop a balanced action plan. Sessions are conducted in person or by telephone and are recorded.
Group Coaching Workshops & Team Building
4-hour to 5-Day. Customized sessions designed to assist work teams create personal and work agreements, develop deeper appreciation for each other, and support individual and group responsibility for professional work relationships. Call for rates.
Stress Release Workshops
1 to 4 hours. Presents an overview of the causes of stress, identification of personal stress, and practical stress release techniques integrating coaching and sound healing in a group session. Call for rates.
